Application Process
We carefully select a diverse group of street food vendors to participate in our events, offering a wide range of flavors from Mexican and Thai cuisine to many other local favorites. Our goal is not only to showcase great food but also to support the success of small businesses in our community.
Documentation
Fee
Pay
All vendors must have proper documentation when registering for our events. Late registration will incur a fee unless a vendor drops out.
Sales tax forms are collected after the event or can be submitted online. We will provide every vendor a paper form.
Permits & Licenses
We calculate fees by what it cost to provide a venue with necessary requirements from the city and or venue. Next we pool more funds to publish content, market the event, have giveaways and compensate our team for a job well done.
Registration Fee
Once approved you are sent a link to pay with Credit or Debit. No refunds or credits will be issued unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Eat The Streets LV. When a credit is offered, you will have first right of refusal for any upcoming event. Vendors who arrive after their designated setup time may forfeit their assigned spot. No shows forfeit their vendor fees.
